1. How do I shop Online?


  1. Look for the search box and enter a keyword or item number.
  2. To view the contents of your cart click the "Cart" button.
  3. When you are done shopping, select "Checkout ".
  4. The next page you will see is the "Customer Sign In" page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If that e-mail address has an account, you will be asked for your password. If the e-mail address does not have an account, you may create an account or if you wish not to create an account at this point, just click on the "Checkout as a Guest" button and go to the next page. It is recommended you create an account to save time! We can also save your address book when you have an online account.

The next page is your billing and shipping page and if you have an address book it is visible here too! If you are new we will ask you for your billing information, including name, your billing address, your phone number, your e-mail address where you will want your e-mail order confirmations sent, and your credit card number. Be sure your e-mail address is correct. Click continue to proceed. The next page, age verification & payment, will ask you for your birthday, your credit card information, your preferred shipping and handling method, your Catalog Information, and optional information like promo codes, gift card numbers & gift messaging. If you are ordering from your printed catalog you can enter the promo code listed on the box to ensure you get the prices listed in your catalog. You may edit your billing and shipping addresses & update your cart before completing your order. After reviewing your order click Complete Order to finalize your order.

2. When will I receive my order?

1) After placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail response from us usually within 1-3 hours, confirming receipt of your order.

2) After we process your order, you will receive an e-mail from us showing your order information, including pricing, availability, and shipping and handling information.

3) When we ship your order, you will also receive an e-mail shipping notification with the shipping information.

3. How can I cancel my order?

Cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email with your cart id by clicking the "E-mail Us" link at the bottom of the page. Your cart id will be sent in an e-mail order confirmation message shortly after you have placed your order. Please note we cannot guarantee the cancellation but we will make every effort to.

4. Do I need a promotion code to order?

To order with us, you do not need a promotion code. However, there are a few things to know about promotion codes.

  • If you received a promotional email
    • Just click on the item in the email and the promotional code is automatically registered with our website.
    • You do not need to re-enter it the promotional code.


  • If you received an email but prefer to order via the phone

The promotional code is typically on the top of the email.

5. Does free shipping and/or free gift with purchase have brand restrictions?

All items are eligible for free or flat rate shipping promotions as well as free gift with purchase promotions, subject to the terms of the specific offer. Please see the terms of your specific coupon/promotion to determine under what conditions you will receive your special offer.

Standard Delivery

Most orders are shipped via Standard Shipping within two days of receipt. Please note we do not deliver on Saturday.

Shipping and Handling Rate Table

Shipping and Handling cost is based on the amount you order. The charges shown below are for a single address. "Order Amount" includes the total price of the items, plus applicable taxes and surcharges.

Expedited Delivery

Shipping and handling may be upgraded to expedited delivery.

(Orders must be completed by 11:30 am EST Monday through Friday.)

Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day options are not available to post office box addresses.

USPS Priority

Orders must be completed by 11 am EST Monday through Friday.

2 - 3 day delivery to the Continental US 4 - 5 day delivery for other locations.

Shipping Details

We ship to U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States.

Surcharges (applied to rate table below)

* All shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory/possession, will be charged an additional $10 for USPS Priority Mail.

(No surcharges are applied to APO/FPO/DPO shipments.)

* A few very heavy items require additional surcharges. You will see any applicable surcharges in your shopping cart along with the standard shipping fees.

Tax Info

Shipping and Handling charges are taxable in the State of Florida. Outside the state of Florida, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.


6. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We ship most orders within two business days. Our computer system determines the best way to ship each and every order. Please figure within 4-5 business days with regular ground shipping to receive your order.

7. Ship to - State Restrictions

Due to state legislation ship-to addresses are not allowed in Louisiana. The shipping address must be the same as the billing address.

Other restrictions:

  • Little cigars may not ship to VT, MT or PA.
  • Certain pipe tobacco may not ship to FL.

Flavored cigars (excluding menthol and mint) may not ship to NY metro zip codes or Providence, RI.

8. Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately we do not ship to Canada at this time.
