Victor Calvo, in the Cigar Business since 1996, manufacturer and expert cigar blender. Since its beginnings with Tabacalera Tambor de Costa Rica, where Víctor is originally from, we’ve seen him work hard, learn and become a great leader inside of his job and passion as a Cigar Manufacturer. In 2001 he moved to Estelí, Nicaragua’s one of the biggest and most important cigar growing and cigar manufacturing cities of the world, were for 15 years has been producing Premium Cigars, and kept on learning and mastering all the Premium Cigar business different aspects, from the cultivation, selection and preparation of the raw materials, to the hand rolling of the cigar itself. After a big journey of almost two decades as a Cigar Manufacturer, in 2013 Victor decides to bring up his own premium cigar brand, naming it by himself, and giving birth to our now starting voyage: Victor Calvo Premium Cigars. We started with 4 Original VC faces: Gold, Maduro, Connecticut & Habano. And with good hard work we’re now offering 9 different faces, from a great mild cigars to a full body experience cigar, trying to please every aspect the market demands.
