When the Fuentes set out to make their commemorative cigar honoring Carlos Fuente Sr., it was no small task. For a company that has already dominated the cigar industry as one of the most highly demanded cigars in the world, they found themselves in a position where they had to out do themselves. However, when Carlos Fuente stumbled on an aged Cameroon wrapper, he fell in love and this wrapper gave birth to the Fuente Don Carlos—a cigar that is to this day, by his own recognition, the greatest accomplishment of Carlos Fuente Sr.

The all-star line up of a Cameroon wrapper over a Dominican filler and binder make this cigar what it is. A rich medium to full-bodied aroma dominates the palate with a dry medium finish. The cigar is expertly crafted providing for the perfect burn and draw as you smoke it. With ample smoke in each draw, the aroma subtly consumes the palate. The reddish Colorado wrapper creates the perfect finishing touches making this cigar as appealing to the eye as it is to the senses.
