PDR Cigars owns a small factory in Tamboril Dominican Republic. Master blender Abe Flores is at the helm of this factory with the partnership of the Rodriguez brothers. The PDR is producing a very balanced portfolio of amazing medium body cigars. PDR is using Entubado construction for all of its blends.
